Thinking more about your work with children's literature after our class is over, I want to remind you of one of the rubric points on the syllabus that are not included in the slides we are sharing in class:
√ Comments regarding each selection are interesting, informativeand include teaching suggestions
The "comments" are in addition to the identifying information included with each of the slides we share in class - please tell me your connections with each title as well as a brief description of the book. This does not need to be more than 5-10 sentences. Why is this book interesting to you? In class, we are discussing orally this as you share a title - the web links to lessons are the "teaching suggestions"
For books that you include that were shared by others in class - share your plans for reading more or using that book and why the selection appeals to you.
1. Create PowerPoint presentation. 2. Upload to Google Docs . 3. Check presentation and publish medium sized. Copy code. 4. Come back here. 5. Create a New Post. Click on HTML tab. 6. Paste code into box. Title the post with your genre/type of literature and names of both presenters. 7. Click on "Publish Post" link.

Double check the links once you upload to Google Docs because you might have to fix them after the upload.
Excellent job! I really enjoyed the summaries of the books you chose and the read-alouds. Thank you!
